My son and I were so excited to try
Pirates Booty. We received a large treasure chest stuffed with Pirate's Booty, a chip clip and several temporary tattoos. Now, when I hear puffed rice & corn, I think back to the hard and crunchy rice cake snacks my grandma used to give my brothers and me. Pirate's Booty tastes nothing like that! They are almost popcorn- like. They are very airy with a light crunch.
The first flavor I tried was New York Pizza. I cannot even begin to describe how wonderful these taste! They remind me of pizza, only with a zesty crunch. My pizza lover son devoured the entire bag in no time at all. I had to interrupt and remind him to chew. The Sea Salt & Vinegar were tangy from the balsamic vinegar, and had just enough salt to satisfy my craving. Yum, definitely one of my favorites! Barbecue was another one of my favorites. If you like Barbecue chips, you will love these. The flavor tastes very much like the seasoning on Barbecue chips, only better. Next, I tried the Aged White Cheddar. There is no lack of flavor here! These are bursting with cheese flavor and were my absolute favorite!
Each and every bite was a crunchy puff of deliciousness, bursting with flavor! The only thing I didn't like, was we ran out so fast!
Pirate's Booty is so good, you won't want to share. Even my two year old can't resist Pirate's Booty. He was eating a chocolate cookie when he saw me open a bag of Pirate's Booty. He pushed his snack aside, and ran towards me screaming "Booty, Booty, Booty!!" I love that I have discovered a healthy snack that my entire family will enjoy, including my picky two year old.
