Fit For Fall: Revolutionizing Your Health Giveaway

Revolutionizing-Your-Health-Book Title: Revolutionizing Your Health

Author: Dr. Marvin Kunikiyo

About The Book: Revolutionizing Your Health will help you not only to understand the causes of disease, but also what the body requires to be healthy. Also, learn how your body works and why it gets sick.

Here’s What Stacie Says:

Revolutionizing Your Health was full of alternative medicine tips and advice. Dr. Kunikiyo speaks about ionized water extensively and recommends and promotes his favorite brand of water ionizer. The premise of most disease according to Dr. Kunikiyo is dehydration. Our bodies don’t use water correctly and that’s why it is important to drink ionized water.

The book was easy to read, spoke in layman’s terms instead of medical ones and contained quite a bit of good information. It does talk about the health crisis in America and how he feels that medicine in general is headed in the wrong direction. Having dealt with numerous doctors over the last three years it was nice to finally read a book that made sense and supported my own beliefs concerning our family’s health care.

Cindi Says:

Wow!, Dr. Marvin Kunikiyo does a great job of luring you in and keeping you eager to learn more about deeper health issues that we might not think about (but should). For example,  he is right when he mentions we are addicted to feeling good and the quick fixes we get that only suppress the symptoms instead of really dealing with the problem.

I like how this book really opened my eyes to look at life, living, and health in a whole new light.  It makes me want to rethink my eating practices and I feel I have a better understanding of what I have to do to make sure I walk down the right health path. Revolutionizing Your Health is a very fitting title for this powerful book.

  1. My daughter has juvenile arthritis (dx at age 2), uveitis (dx at age 4) and ulcerative colitis (dx at age 5). She just turned six and I worry what's coming next. I have done a lot of research and learned about the Specific Carbohydrate Diet, which we've been on for four months. We saw great improvement in her health and her inflammation levels dropped 200 points (they still have to drop another 250 points to get her to normal levels). I am tired of being told there is no food connection with her health issues and I am interested in reading what Dr. Kunikiyo has to say.
