Tuesday's Tasty Treats

B.L.T Salad
Ingredients:
♦ 2 Lg. Tomatoes, Chopped
♦ 4 Hard-Boiled Eggs Sliced in Half
♦ 1/2 Pound Bacon, Cooked/Crumbled
♦ 2 pounds Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breast, Grilled and sliced
♦ 8 Cups Salad Greens
♦ 4 Tablespoons Chopped Onion
♦ 1/2 Cup Real Mayonnaise
♦ 6 Tablespoons Barbecue Sauce
♦ 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
♦ 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the last five ingredients.
♦ Cover and refrigerate until serving.

♦ Place salad greens in individual bowls/plates. Add tomatoes, chicken and bacon. Garnish with egg and dressing.
