When Jeffrey talks about the purpose of this book he describes it as “Financial Planning for the Soul”. He purposefully connected areas of financial wisdom and applied them to life in general. He feels that “it isn’t possible to have a healthy relationship to money without first having a healthy relationship to your attention”. I have to agree with him on that one.
