I don’t cook as often as I should but when I do, I prefer to prepare healthy meals. For the longest time, I have been using white or wheat flour. In search of a healthier option, I discovered Tropical Traditions Organic Coconut Flour.

My banana shake was absolutely delicious- the best I have ever tasted! There is a nice texture and it adds an irresistible light, sweet taste.
