Vinegar Can Be Used For What?!?!

VineagarFor Years I have been using apple cider vinegar as a salad dressing and a dip for my french fries. You've heard the saying " An apple a day keeps the doctor away". Well in this case, using Apple Cider Vinegar on a regular basis offers many health benefits.

I truly believe in the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar. I use it, a lot and I get a cold maybe once every two years. I have used it for burns, and it stops the burning almost instantly. As for the blood pressure and cholesterol, well it's possible it works for those reasons. If I stopped using vinegar on french fries, My blood pressure and cholesterol probably would improve!

  1. I love vinegar! I use apple cider or white vinegar to clean my house: it can used in the bathrooms, kitchen and on floors, AND as fabric softener when added to the rinse cycle of your washing machine!

    And you know the best part of all this? It's green and eco-friendly, and won't harm you or your kids as there are no harsh, nasty chemicals.
