Okay, so these aren't exactly "healthy" but they are a great alternative to regular french fries. You won't want to eat them everyday, but eating them occasionally will satisfy your cravings without sabotaging your diet.Here is what you will need:
4 Large Sweet Potatoes (cut into large fries)
2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
Pinch of Sea Salt
Pinch of Fresh or Ground Pepper
1/2 Tsp Lemon Pepper
3 Tbsp Olive OilDirections:
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Drizzle fries with olive oil then sprinkle your seasonings over them.
3. Bake for 35-45 minutes turning once.
