problems connecting to the internet thanks to Virgin Mobile's unreliable
Broadband2Go and their terrible customer service (more on that later).
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We will be back up and

You have my sympathies. I am a Mediacom customer and the only time the answer is when I tweet and embarrass them.
ReplyDeleteI know being without a connection sucks, I hate it when that happens, but when you think about it, isnt it strange how we've become so dependent on having our Internet working and being there when we need it so when its down :( wow do we feel it, hope you're back up & running just like before very soon, I feel for ya

ReplyDeleteWe are a medicom customer too and it seems like the internet or something is out at least 3 out of 7 days!!!! I feel your pain.
